Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AI Golf Coach (“the Service”) is a web-based platform that uses artificial intelligence and computer-vision physics to analyze golf swing videos. The Service provides swing metrics, diagnostic flags, coaching notes, practice plans, and related tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Accounts are created via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit abusive behavior.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Promotional or introductory pricing applies only to the first billing period and reverts automatically.
• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Analysis credits are valid for the billing period in which they are granted and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is intended for personal golf improvement. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit analysis outputs without permission.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis pipeline, models, or server infrastructure.
• Automate access beyond normal UI usage (scraping, bots, etc.).

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any videos, images, or data you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store it as necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

7. AI Disclaimer

Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and computer-vision models. They are intended as practice guidance and should not be treated as professional instruction or medical advice. Always consult a qualified golf instructor or healthcare provider for personalized guidance. Use analysis feedback at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Golf Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from following analysis recommendations.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
